Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview & Nature of Digital Services
This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all purchases made through CreatorPlatform (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions, digital creator tools, branded website builder access, stream overlay licenses, and custom bespoke development services.
Due to the digital, intangible nature of our software, features and premium access tiers are provisioned and made available to you immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Consumer Waiver
Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (and equivalent national implementations including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), consumers ordinarily have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
Express Acknowledgment & Waiver:Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the statutory right of withdrawal ceases for contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By upgrading to a paid tier, requesting immediate feature activation, and using the Services, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived upon provisioning.
3. Subscription Terms & Non-Recurring Billing
We operate under a transparent, fixed-term billing model:
- Fixed-Term Access: Subscriptions are purchased in discrete billing increments (thirty (30) days of full platform access for $14.99 USD).
- Non-Recurring Billing: Subscriptions do not automatically renew. We do not store recurring payment authorizations, and your account will never be charged automatically.
- Natural Expiration: At the conclusion of your thirty-day term, access to premium features expires automatically unless you choose to initiate a renewal.
4. Strict Zero-Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
ALL TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH CREATORPLATFORM ARE FINAL, BINDING, AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Because our Services consist of immediate access to digital tools, real-time overlay engines, creator dashboards, and cloud infrastructure, all fees paid are non-refundable and non-creditable under any and all circumstances once payment has been transmitted or confirmed.
A. Duplicate or Accidental Transactions
Even in cases where a user inadvertently executes duplicate payments, accidental multiple transactions, overpayments, or transmits funds more than once for the same account or billing cycle, no monetary, fiat, or cryptocurrency refunds will be issued under any circumstance. At the Company's sole and absolute discretion, verified duplicate payments may only be credited as consecutive additional subscription access time (for example, applying an additional 30-day billing term to the account). Under no circumstances will funds, cash, or cryptocurrency tokens be remitted back to the user.
B. Technical Provisioning & Delivery Delays
In the event that automated platform feature activation encounters an unexpected network or technical delay following confirmed receipt of funds, our technical support team will manually verify and provision your entitlements. Delivery or activation delays do not warrant or authorize a refund, cancellation, or reversal of funds.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Without limiting the generality of Section 4, refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind, personal dissatisfaction, loss of streaming audience, or decision to cease streaming activities.
- Duplicate, redundant, or excess payments (which may only be eligible for subscription term time extension, never monetary refund).
- Account suspension, site disabling, or access termination for any reason under our Terms of Service (all subscription fees and remaining term days are strictly forfeited with zero refund).
- Blockchain transaction fees, miner/gas network fees, or blockchain network price volatility.
- Transfers sent to incorrect wallet addresses, incorrect cryptocurrency networks, or incomplete direct payment references provided by the user.
- Custom bespoke development, custom graphics, or specialized technical engineering services once work has commenced.
6. Billing Inquiries & Subscription Extensions
Because all transactions are strictly final and non-refundable, formal refund requests are not processed. If you have questions regarding your billing status, experience an issue with feature provisioning, or wish to verify an accidental duplicate payment so that consecutive subscription time can be credited to your account, you may contact our billing support:

When contacting support regarding payment verification or duplicate payment credit, please provide your registered username, registered account email, Order ID, and transaction hash or payment reference number.
7. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Account Forfeiture
By purchasing access to the Services, you agree that you will not initiate, file, or pursue any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal claim through your bank, card issuer, or payment intermediary. Initiating an unfounded chargeback or dispute constitutes a material breach of contract and will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all platform configurations and tenant domains, and permanent blacklisting from future use of the Services.
